Ernesto F. Rojas CISSP, IAM, IEM FACFE, PI, PSC

Mr. Rojas, President and CEO of Forensic & Security Services, has over 25 years of information systems consulting, as well as supervisory, managerial, and executive experience in various industries.  He has conducted numerous computer forensic investigations in the areas of Bankruptcy, Family Law, Human Resources, Intellectual Property, and Internet Fraud.  Mr. Rojas has provided expert witness testimony in both Federal and State courts and has served as a neutral master, on behalf of the courts, for cases in which an agreement regarding the production of Electronically Stored Information could not be reached between the parties.  He is considered a subject matter expert on digital forensics and has been engaged as a speaker by The Sedona Conference, the Association of Litigation Support Professionals, the Law Enforcement And Private Security Association,  the Computer Forensics Show and many other legal and technical organizations.  The Sedona Conference recently chose Mr. Rojas as their team leader for the Texas Seminar Series.  Throughout his career, Mr. Rojas has been the recipient of numerous certificatons and awards.

Joseph P. Koontz, MCSC, PMP, CISSP, TLPI, TLPSC, ACFEI

Mr. Koontz, Vice President and CTO of Forensic and Security Services, has over 40 years of experience in all aspects of information science and technology.  This experience coupled with his diverse experience in non-IT technologies and disciplines provide the foundation for his uniquely innovative solutions.  He is considered a subject matter expert in electronic forms, database systems, change management, large scale system deployments with over 140,000 users, human factors integration, electronic systems innovation, and medical informatics.  Many of his systems have been in continuous operation for more than 10 years, thus, validating his long term design competency.  Currently, Mr. Koontz holds one homeland security patent pending with three in preparation.  His projects have included the aerospace, medical, disaster management, digital forensics, network analysis, NASA, petrochemical, information technology, microprocessor design, and financial industries. 

Carolyn Vines-Garrison

Carolyn is Forensic & Security Services' Sales and Customer Service Executive for their Houston office.  She has 19 years of customer service experience in the real estate, legal, petrochemical, medical, retail, advertising, and marketing industries.  Her experience in the real estate, legal, and medical industries has given her valuable knowledge regarding the protection of confidential information.  Most recently, in her real estate business, her clients repeatedly indicated that the reason they chose her as their agent was that they believed her to be honest & trustworthy.  She made customer service her top priority from the initial showing of property to the closing table, maintaining close contact with all parties involved in the closing process.  This dedication and attention to details resulted in notes of gratitude and appreciation from her clients.
